Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Cruise Manager to oversee our client's liveaboards in the Maldives, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for guests. As a Cruise Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and overall guest satisfaction during the dive safari cruises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate all aspects of the dive safari cruise, including schedules, activities, and guest care.
• Ensure high levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support the crew team, including dive instructors, kitchen, and boat staff.
• Manage the budget and provide regular reports to the management.
• Plan and organize activities and excursions during the cruise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures on board.
• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving during the cruise.
• Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

• Experience as a liveaboard guide/boat manager in the Maldives.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in budget and resource management.
• Multilingual, with English being a requirement.
• Willingness to work at sea and embrace the challenges of boat operations.
• Enthusiasm for diving and the underwater world.
