We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our client's scuba travel agency located in Nusa Penida. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote scuba travel services and showcase the beauty of Nusa Penida's underwater world.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
3. Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages promptly.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns aligned with business goals.
5. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new features and technologies into the social media strategy.
7. Foster relationships with influencers and partners to expand the agency's online presence.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the travel or scuba diving industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong photography and/or videography skills.
5. Familiarity with scuba diving terminology and the underwater world.
6. Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
