Job Overview

Our client, Fundiving Curacao is in need of an instructor who can lead dive trips, conduct discover scuba dives, guide dives, and teach a variety of dive courses. They are looking for a new team member who possesses qualities such as enthusiasm, reliability, flexibility, and diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting various courses, ranging from the Open Water Diver Course to other certifications. 
• Guiding both shore and boat dives. 
• Providing excellent customer service, handling front desk administration, and cashier duties. 
• Assisting with tank filling. 
• Engaging in product and dive service sales in the dive shop.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus. 
• Must hold an Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) certification or higher, which should be renewed and in teaching status. 
• Current Diving Liability Insurance is required. 
• Due to work permit restrictions, only individuals holding US or Dutch passports can apply. 
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary.
